Meet Our Executive Team
Ever since earning a BBA degree from The University of Wisconsin in 2005, Jon has been a dedicated mortgage professional and a rising star in the mortgage industry. Mortgage Professional America (mpamag.com) magazine named Jon among the 100 most influential people in mortgage lending in the country alongside the likes of former Fed Chair Janet Yellen and JP Morgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon. Since 2014, Jon has served as Chairman of the state’s premier mortgage organization, the Nevada Mortgage Lenders Association (NMLA), where his focus is on shaping the mortgage industry and advocating for consumer interests. His primary role is leading SimpliFi Mortgage as its Founder and CEO, providing all SimpliFi clients with the absolute best in customer service and peace of mind. When not working on growing the company, he likes to hike, ski, go boating, and watch football, all of which are made better with the company of our Director of Goodwill (Jon is Wesley’s human).

Wesley has been in the mortgage industry literally his entire life! He shines as SimpliFi Mortgage’s Director of Goodwill (D.O.G.). He is always busy spreading that goodwill but when he has time to come into the office, he exemplifies the company’s mission of teamwork, passion, sincerity, integrity, community spirit and pursuit of the highest standards and, not the least of all, FUN (have rubber ball, will travel). He is a tremendous inspiration to everyone who meets him.
Tina has been in the mortgage business since 2005. She is the proud mother of two beautiful daughters. As the girls moved on to school and work, Tina became an empty nester and relocated to Las Vegas where she has taken on the responsibilities Head of Operations at SimpliFi Mortgage. She oversees and manages the daily operations, production goals and workflow, including training mortgage production staff to ensure adherence to regulations, policies and procedures. Tina has a positive, can-do attitude and her love of fun is infectious (you should see her happy-dance videos)! In her spare time, she is learning to golf thanks to her boyfriend who is a local Golf Professional and Instructor. Tina loves, loves, loves attending concerts, spending time with her family and remodeling furniture.
